Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Services
Your membership in the Alori Health subscription program (“Subscription Services”), including your ability to access services made available through the program, begins once you have completed the required intake form and your initial payment has been successfully processed. At that time, you will be charged for the first month of Subscription Services.
Subscription Services may include access to an independent licensed provider, prescribed medications where appropriate, and online care support. Depending on the program selected, Subscription Services may also include consultations, asynchronous medical reviews, care coordination, lab-related services, patient support resources, and other services designed to support your care journey.
Please note that if you are determined to be ineligible by an independent licensed provider for any medical reason, you may be issued a refund for the remainder of your Subscription Services charges, where applicable.
There is no guarantee of results, weight loss, effectiveness, or any specific outcome from participation in the Subscription Services. Individual results may vary based on medical history, starting point, adherence, lifestyle, provider recommendations, and other personal factors.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription Services at any time for any reason.
To cancel your Subscription Services, please contact customer support at support@alorihealth.com and request cancellation, or submit your cancellation request through the chat or support feature in your patient portal, if available.
To help ensure a smooth cancellation process, Alori Health must receive your cancellation request at least 72 hours before your scheduled billing date. If your request is received fewer than 72 hours before your next billing date, your subscription may still be charged for the upcoming cycle, and the cancellation will take effect on the following billing date.
After cancellation, you will continue to receive access to Subscription Services through the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise determined by an independent licensed provider or required by law.
Please review the Refund Policy below to determine whether you may be eligible for any refund related to canceled Subscription Services.
Refund Policy
If your Subscription Services are canceled because an independent licensed provider determines that you are medically ineligible or no longer appropriate for treatment, you may be issued a refund for the remainder of your Subscription Services charges following that determination, where applicable.
Other than cancellation due to medical disqualification or provider-determined ineligibility as described above, you will not be issued a refund upon cancellation of Subscription Services.
Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications to pharmacies for refund or reuse once they have been ordered, dispensed, shipped, or otherwise prepared for a patient. This policy helps protect public health and safety and supports compliance with pharmacy handling and dispensing requirements.
If a refund is approved, it will apply only as determined under this Refund Policy and will not apply to prior billing cycles except where required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect any medication promptly upon receipt. If medication appears damaged, incorrect, or otherwise inconsistent with your order, please contact customer support immediately at support@alorihealth.com.
Damaged items:
Damaged medications may be replaced by the dispensing pharmacy after review and confirmation of the reported damage, which may require supporting photographs or other documentation.
Incorrect items:
Incorrect medications may be replaced by the dispensing pharmacy after review and confirmation of the error.
Alori Health does not guarantee replacement or refund eligibility for issues that are not reported promptly after delivery.
Subscription Services FAQs
What is included in my Subscription Services price?
Your Subscription Services price represents a single price for the subscription plan you selected. Depending on your program, that price may include consultations, intake review, live or asynchronous evaluations by an independent licensed provider, prescribed medications fulfilled through a licensed pharmacy where appropriate, lab-related services, care support, patient support resources, and other services intended to support your care journey.
Services, labs, support features, and medications included in the Subscription Services price may vary by program, provider determination, medical eligibility, state availability, and other operational factors.
What if an independent licensed provider determines I am no longer eligible for Subscription Services?
If an independent licensed provider determines that you are no longer eligible for Subscription Services, your subscription may be canceled, and you may be issued a refund for the remainder of your Subscription Services charges, where applicable.

Are medications always included?
Medications are included only where prescribed by an independent licensed provider and where fulfillment is appropriate and available through a licensed pharmacy. Not all patients will qualify for medication, and treatment availability may vary by state, provider determination, and medical eligibility.
Does cancellation stop charges immediately?
Not always. If your cancellation request is received less than 72 hours before your billing date, your subscription may renew for the next cycle, and your cancellation will take effect after that billing period ends.

Unless otherwise stated herein, Alori Health’s Terms and Conditions govern the Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy.
In all events, you are responsible for fees associated with healthcare services already rendered. This Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy governs fees for Subscription Services only and does not alter your responsibility for other healthcare-related services, pharmacy services, or third-party charges, except as expressly stated in this policy.
