Your request must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify your identity or authority to act on behalf of another California resident.

Only you, or a person authorized to act on your behalf under California law, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child where permitted by law.

We may need to request additional information to verify your identity before responding.


XI. Response Timing and Format

We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time, we may extend the response period by up to 90 days where permitted by law and will inform you of the reason for the extension.

If you have an account with us, we may deliver our response through your account. Otherwise, we may respond by email or mail, at your option where applicable.

We generally do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline the request as permitted by law.


XII. Non-Discrimination

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Notice to the extent permitted by law.
